So stay on desktop, don’t upgrade to 2022. They only care about people paying for Quickbooks Online which is a horrible product and you can’t get your data back out when you want to leave. Bottom line I need to speak with a real human being regarding user access issues and I am technical and can walk someone through a screen share and the problem quickly and easily. The customer support management chain should all be docked pay for the kind of pain they allow their reps and bad phone systems to inflict in the name of customer service. There has to be some way to get a hold of anyone in Level 2 support or higher and I am desperate for advice. Today I spent 3 hours on the phone to get no where. I tried to send a very extensive email with screen shots in reply to a ticket only to get emails that there are no open tickets and so I need to go to some link to open one. When I beg them to make sure to call me back if I get disconnected they don't. In fits and spurts I will find times when I think I can waste an hour and I start the process of calling over and over again but this is not something that level 1 can fix and to get to level 2 I get into loops where I am kept on hold for OVER AN HOUR only to get disconnected. I started trying to contact Intuit in November of 2021 about my problems and its now February. I have a very messed up account on which I can't ignore anymore because of the stupid requirement that you login to intuit just to use QB desktop software.
